He focuses on patent litigation and invalidation in electromechanical and semiconductor fields and successfully reversed a second-instance electromechanical patent judgment before the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court. He builds global patent attack-and-defence systems for manufacturing exporters and takes part in IP due diligence and remediation for IPO-bound companies.
